Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from France.

Estimated delivery times from shipment are as follows:

• France: 3 to 5 business days;
• Europe: 5 to 10 business days;
• International: 7 to 15 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination, order volume and selected shipping method.

Orders are shipped through carefully selected partner carriers depending on the destination and the nature of the Products ordered.

Delivery times are indicative only and may vary during periods of high activity, launches or circumstances beyond our control.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

If your country does not appear at checkout, you may contact us at info@ardi-editions.com. We will review the possibility of a specific shipment depending on the destination.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt to request a return.

All return requests must be sent to info@ardi-editions.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the instructions required to proceed with the return.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unused, complete, and accompanied by their packaging and any accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a preparation error or a defect identified upon delivery.

Damaged, incomplete, used or unsellable returned items cannot be refunded.

Products made or adapted upon request cannot be returned.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days.

EXCHANGES

Les Editions Ardi does not offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase another item, we invite you to return your order in accordance with the conditions above and place a new order.
